The Manroland Roland 504-L is a high-performance four-color sheetfed offset press, manufactured in 2003 and currently operational in a printshop in Germany. With a 520 x 740 mm format and 170 million impressions, this press is built for demanding, high-volume production environments.

The Roland 504-L is equipped with coating units for added versatility, and features semi-automatic plate change (PPL) for quick job turnarounds. Automatic format adjustment and non-stop devices for feeder and delivery ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime. The press also includes automatic washing devices for ink rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders, simplifying maintenance and improving productivity.

Advanced features such as inking unit temperature control (Tempcontrol NT3), a powder device (Hitronic-S Grafix), and a dampening solution cooling unit (Technotrans) guarantee consistent print quality and optimal operating conditions.
