CNC-controlled gear grinding machine.
The Siemens CNC control allows the input of all relevant gear data and the
setup of the workpiece in dialogue with the control system. The programming
language (German/English) is switchable, and a DNC interface is available for
data input and output.
The machine operates using a continuous gear grinding process with an automatic
grinding cycle. The workpiece swivel angle is electronically controlled,
quickly and precisely, and hydraulically clamped, resulting in faster setup
times and easier part loading.
Hydraulic workpiece clamping with external collet and counterpoint in the
workpiece slide, complete work area cover with sliding doors, separate switch
and control cabinet, separate hydraulic system in the cabin.
No associated coolant system is included (central supply).
A cooling system with suction belt filter, Hoffmann, model HSF 150 SE/K, yearof
manufacture 2007, can be purchased separately from another provider. Siemens
