Comprising:
- 1x EMAG raw part storage (stacker)
- 2x EMAG vertical single-spindle turning centers VLC 100 (Siemens 840 Dsl)
- 1x EMAG-KOEPFER vertical hobbing machine VLC 200 H (Siemens 840 Dsl)
- 1x EMAG-KOEPFER vertical chamfering machine VLC 100 C, press deburring (Siemens 840 Dsl)
- 1x EMAG "TRACKMOTION" internal automation with two carriages (Translift) and dedicated control system, operated via mobile HT8 handheld, for component feeding and transport in the automation aisle between stations (with integrated turning unit) and part removal
- O-band automation for up to 24 pallets at each EMAG machining station, enabling optional independent automated operation for each machine
- 1x part marking station (MARKATOR scribe marker)
- 1x EKF automation (gantry) for part handling between EMAG TRACKMOTION, marking station, and stacking cell
- 1x EKF basket stacking cell as finished part buffer with 3 basket stacks, uninterrupted operation even during basket stack changes

Turning centers with 12-position VDI30 turret, sister tool management, tool life monitoring, integrated probe for dimensional control.

Dismantling and loading of the machining centers is the responsibility of the buyer.

A powered inspection by appointment is possible.
