Overview
High-productivity, twin-spindle, 5-axis CNC machining center designed for serial production of complex, precision components. Linear drives on the linear axes and direct-drive torque motors on the rotary axes provide high dynamics and consistent repeatability, with a positioning accuracy of 8 µm. Two synchronized HSK 80 spindles, spaced at 500 mm, machine two parts simultaneously – each served by its own 30-tool magazine – making the platform particularly well-suited to medium- and high-volume aerospace, automotive, and precision-component production.
